Zoi is expanding its IT audit team in Europe. We seek a hands-on IT auditor with 3–5+ years of experience to plan, conduct, and lead comprehensive IT audits across global locations onsite and remote. You will assess IT risks, implement improvements, and report findings to IT leadership.

You will help mature the IT audit function with COBIT, ISO/IEC 27001, and NIS2, while collaborating with senior leaders and traveling up to 30% internationally.

Formación

• 3–5+ years hands-on IT auditing, IT risk management, or IT security.
• Degree in a relevant field with IT management specialization.
• Strong knowledge of COBIT, ITIL, ISO/IEC 27001, and NIS2.
• CISA desirable/mandatory; CRISC, CISM, CISSP are a plus.
• Professional English (C1) and German (B2).
• Analytical, autonomous, and pragmatic problem solver.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Global Audits: plan, conduct, and lead IT audits across locations onsite and remote.
• Evaluate & Improve Risks: assess IT risks and implement secure process improvements.
• Report & Align Findings: deliver audit reports and align findings with IT leadership.
• Build Audit Strategy: mature the IT Audit function with Head of Internal Audit.
• Foster Sustainable Improvement: manage follow-up on audit and security recommendations.
• Innovate Audit Processes: leverage modern IT audit tools, automation, analytics.
• Global Collaboration: travel internationally ~30% with advance planning.
