Job summary

ROADIS is seeking an Internal Audit Manager in Madrid to lead multi-geography internal audits, support risk management initiatives, and enhance governance practices. The role reports to the Chief Audit Executive and requires a strong track record in internal audit, reporting to senior management, and international exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Law or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CIA, CRMA, CISA or equivalent valued.
• 10-12 years of relevant professional experience, including significant experience within an Internal Audit department.
• Experience in preparing reports and presenting recommendations to senior management.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Experience in multinational environments will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design and implementation of the Annual Internal Audit Plan.
• Develop and maintain internal audit methodologies, tools, and working programs.
• Lead and execute end-to-end internal audit engagements—from planning to remediation follow-up.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to Management and the Internal Audit Committee.
• Monitor the implementation of agreed corrective actions.
• Lead consulting assignments to improve business processes and controls.
• Coordinate and maintain the Corporate Risk Map and insurance programs.
