Job summary

You'll oversee resources, materials and workforce, enforce regulatory requirements, monitor progress, and maintain clear communication with contractors, subcontractors and stakeholders in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Site supervision experience on construction projects (3–4 years).
• Proficient in coordinating materials, equipment and workforce.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedule and client interface.

Responsibilities

• Provides overall management administration to the project and assists in establishing project objectives and policies.
• Provides technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces policies, maintains client interface, ensures work aligns with design, budget and schedule.
• Lead Change Control and coordinate weekly commercial meetings with our client and contractors.
• Conduct monthly valuations of completed works and verify milestone achievements for compliance.
