AXA Group is seeking a senior Information Security expert in Madrid to oversee security strategy, risk assessment, governance and incident management. You will coach local teams, align with Group Security, and drive improvements across the security program in a complex global environment.

You will collaborate with Group Security to define standards, monitor compliance, and escalate critical risks while supporting audits and innovative initiatives. Fluent English is required; French is a plus.

Formación

• University degree in a technical discipline or related fields (information security, risks management, international relations)
• 5 years of experience in security, risks management, audit or related area
• Certifications: CISSP-ISSAP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, SANS GIAC or equivalent
• Fluency in English; French is an advantage

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Group Security to align local security with the Group Framework
• Serve as expert advisor to entity leadership on security implementation and maintenance
• Assess local compliance with information security standards and initiatives
• Define concrete actions to implement information security strategy considering local regulations
• Ensure achievement of information security targets set by Group Security
• Organise regular meetings with each entity to track progress
• Identify and analyze information security risks and recommend mitigations
• Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and set protection priorities
• Escalate key risks to local CSO/CCSO
• Oversee continuous information security improvement processes
• Ensure incidents are adequately managed and reported
• Support audit responses and address overdue audit findings
