The Straumann Group, a global leader in aesthetic dentistry, seeks a Category Manager Indirect to drive end-to-end sourcing across global indirect categories. You will develop and refine category strategies, manage supplier performance, and collaborate with business units and corporate functions.

Reporting to the Global Category Director – Indirect, the role demands 8+ years in strategic procurement, Master/MBA, CPSM or CIPS desirable, and fluent English.

Formación

• Master/MBA in Business, Economics, or related field.
• CPSM or CIPS certification is desirable.
• Fluent English required with excellent written and spoken skills.
• Additional languages are a strong advantage (e.g. German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Mandarin).

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of indirect categories and sub-categories across the Group.
• Develop and refine global category strategies aligned with Straumann’s business goals.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives and strategic supplier engagement.
• Evaluate supply risks and define mitigation plans for continuity and resilience.
• Provide market intelligence insights to drive cost efficiencies and innovation.
• Collaborate with business units and corporate functions across regions.
