An International Company located in Madrid is seeking an HR professional to manage recruitment, implement HR policies and oversee employee performance. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of HR experience in an international context and a strong command of English. Formación

  • At least 2 years previous experience in the Human Resources department, preferably in international companies.
  • Organized, decisive, and committed person.

  • Performance appraisals and monitoring of targets.
  • Fluid communication with staff of subsidiaries.

Your Role

Personnel selection (publication of offers, CV’s selection, interviews)

Management of the recruitment process and On-Boarding of new recruits

Implementation of Human Resources policies and internal communication of these policies

Performance appraisals and monitoring of the achievement of set targets

Fluid communication with the staff of the subsidiaries

Preparation of reports

Organisation of internal / corporate company events

Entering and updating staff data in the system

Management of documentation / record

Time management, review of working time records, authorisation of holidays, leave or notification of medical leave, among others.

Realization / updating of HR department procedures involving subsidiaries (in the local language of each subsidiary, mainly in English)

Your Skills and Experience

At least 2 years previous experience in the Human Resources department, preferably in international companies.

Higher education in Business Administration, Labour Relations or similar. A Master's or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources is desirable.

Essential high level of English.

Organized, decisive, proactive and committed person, with communication and teamwork skills.
