Ryanair Engineering is expanding its Heavy Maintenance capacity and seeks a Technical Representative to oversee Base Maintenance inputs across Europe for 737NG/737MAX/A320 fleets. The role involves high travel, coordination with contracted MROs, and ensuring compliance with EASA standards, Ryanair procedures, and timely execution.

The successful candidate will have an airline/MRO background, valid EASA licenses, and proven experience with Boeing/Airbus maintenance programs.

Formación

• Experience in airline engineering or MRO with an EASA B1/B2 license.
• Airline/MRO base maintenance experience on Boeing and/or Airbus.
• Knowledge of EASA Part CAMO and Part 145 regulations.
• Willing to travel and spend substantial time away from base.

Responsabilidades

• Verify planning and technical services produce complete work packages within pre-input timeframes.
• Lead pre-input readiness reviews with stakeholders and ensure MRO has required approvals and manpower.
• Oversee MRO compliance with quality, safety, regulatory, and Ryanair standards.
• Act as technical liaison between MRO and Ryanair functions to resolve issues.
• Provide technical support on Ryanair procedures and aircraft issues.
• Coordinate on-site Ryanair team and optimize resources to meet schedules.
• Monitor maintenance progress and manage delays and AOG events.
• Maintain financial oversight of base maintenance inputs and approve scope changes.
• Hold regular performance reviews with MRO leadership and attend meetings.

EASA Part 66 B1/B2 license
