Jobgether is seeking a Head of Data Science & Credit Risk based in Spain to lead end-to-end data science and risk strategy for scalable underwriting. • Leadership in data science and risk teams.
• Proven track record in ML-driven underwriting or credit risk.
• Experience deploying production ML models in real-time decisioning.

Responsabilidades

• Define end-to-end data science and credit risk strategy.
• Design and deploy ML models for credit scoring and risk segmentation.
• Build real-time decisioning pipelines for scalable underwriting.
• Develop risk policies, thresholds, and provisioning alignment.
• Establish MLOps standards for deployment and monitoring.
• Lead portfolio risk analytics including stress testing and ECL modeling.
• Collaborate with finance, product, and operations for unit economics.
• Translate analytics into actionable executive insights.
• Drive experimentation like A/B tests for product optimization.
• Scale partnerships with data providers and credit bureaus.
• Recruit and mentor a high-performing data team.
