Pluxee, a global leader in employee benefits and engagement, is seeking a GRC Analyst to support cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management initiatives across a dynamic B2B2C environment.

You will develop and monitor governance frameworks, collaborate with IT, Legal and Compliance across countries, drive policy alignment with ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST, and lead ongoing awareness and training programs to strengthen Pluxee's risk posture.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 3–5 years in GRC or cybersecurity risk in multinational/regulatory env.
• Certifications: CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, CISA, or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain cybersecurity and compliance policies, procedures, and standards.
• Ensure alignment with ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, LGPD, DORA.
• Monitor KPIs/KRIs and provide risk posture updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT, Privacy, Legal, and Compliance for integrated governance.
• Support audits, risk assessments, and control testing activities.
• Roll out awareness campaigns and GRC training programs.
