Grifols is seeking a Quality Specialist to join the Good Distribution Practice (GDP) Compliance team in Sant Cugat del Vallès. The role supports global procedures, KPIs, and regulatory alignment within an international environment.

You will develop SOPs, coordinate contracts, and provide training on quality systems while collaborating with subsidiaries and internal stakeholders. Fluency in English and strong document control are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field; master's is a plus.
• Experience in pharma industry or medical devices is valuable.
• Knowledge of GxP regulations is beneficial.
• Strong English skills and office software proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Develop procedures, work instructions and manuals with global scope.
• Track affiliate quality KPIs and prepare Excel reports.
• Coordinate contracts, rates and local medicine serialization requirements.
• Collect and compile information requested by Headquarters (CRR, Retention Policies).
• Prepare technical presentations (PowerPoint) and support QA systems.
• Train subsidiaries in SOP usage and quality documentation tools.
