Konecta in Madrid is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support the FP&A Managers in preparing, analyzing and interpreting financial and operational data to drive strategic decisions. You will contribute to monthly reports, budgeting, forecasting and KPI monitoring across multiple markets in a multinational group.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics.
• 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, controlling, or audit.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• English and Spanish proficiency (B2–C1).

Responsabilidades

• Support FP&A Managers in the preparation of monthly financial reports and performance analysis.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes.
• Prepare management reports, variance analysis and business performance insights.
• Monitor key financial and operational KPIs across different markets and business units.
• Support cost analysis and profitability assessments.
• Contribute to the standardization and automation of financial reporting processes.
• Participate in cross-functional financial projects and implementation of new reporting tools.
• Collaborate with international finance teams to ensure consistency and reliability of financial information.
