AXA Group Headquarters (GIE AXA) is seeking a Financial Controlling professional to join the team split between Paris and Madrid. The role focuses on IFRS and CSRD data analysis, performance commentary, and coordination with Group functions to ensure timely, high‑quality reporting.

You will interact with multiple Group teams and external parties, contributing to the annual report production and cross‑national finance processes, while supporting audit activities and process improvements.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Finance/Audit/Accounting/Actuarials required
• Fluent in English is required

Responsabilidades

• Support the manager to be an effective and trusted correspondent of the entity, ensuring coordination and timely communication.
• Review IFRS and CSRD data for compliance with Group instructions and timelines.
• Analyze financial performance and identify risks impacting Group statements.
• Assist the Group Audit process with internal and external auditors.
• Contribute to IFRS accounting issue resolution and process improvements.
