Job summary

JBT Marel Poultry is seeking Field Service Engineers in Control Systems, Automation and Mechatronics to join our global team. Based from home, you’ll travel to customer sites across Europe, primarily Zaragoza/Barcelona area, with 50–60% travel expected.

You’ll install, commission and troubleshoot equipment on client sites, working with PLCs, controls and electrical/mechatronic systems. This is a full-time role with international travel.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in a relevant field (Mechatronics, Electrical or Automation).
• Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 50–60%).
• Experience with installation, commissioning and troubleshooting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission and troubleshoot advanced food processing equipment.
• Work with PLCs, controls, electrical systems and mechatronics at client sites.
• Travel internationally to customer sites across Europe and beyond.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers and share knowledge.
