Tigermed in Málaga is seeking a senior feasibility leader to drive pre-award studies for global trials. The ideal candidate has over a decade in pharma and a strong track record in global feasibility and team leadership.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions, ensuring high-quality communication and leveraging CRO networks to optimize feasibility outcomes. Fluency in Chinese and English is required; travel may be needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a pharmaceutical field.
• Over 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
• At least 5 years in global feasibility.
• Specialized in pre-award feasibility.
• Experience leading teams or establishing departments.
• Experience in a Global CRO preferred.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Pharmaceutical-related background, with at least a bachelor's degree.
• More than 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with over 5 years of global feasibility experience.
• Specialized in pre-award feasibility area.
• Experienced in team management. Preference will be given to those who have assisted in establishing teams or departments within a company.
• Work experience in a global company, with preference for those with experience in a Global CRO.
• Dedicated to their job, good at communicating and collaborating with the team, and have a good image.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English.
