Hilti España is launching its Strategic Hiring Program in Spain to develop future leaders through hands-on experience, cross-functional exposure and international career opportunities. You will start in a customer-facing role to gain a solid understanding of our business, products and customers, and build meaningful relationships.

The program seeks engineers with an MBA or strong business exposure and typically 5–8 years of experience in consulting, industry, engineering or sales.

Formación

• Engineering degree, MBA or strong business exposure.
• 5–8 years of experience in consulting, industry, engineering, or sales.
• Proven leadership potential and the ability to influence, engage and collaborate with others.
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish and willingness for international career path.

Responsabilidades
