Galderma, Barcelona GCC (Hybrid), is seeking a Global Demand & Inventory Planning Manager to lead forecasting and inventory strategy across regions. You will align forecasts with product portfolios, drive inventory health, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain performance.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of experience in demand planning and analytics, proficiency in SAP IBP/Anaplan, and strong communication skills.

Formación

10+ years in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics.
Strong knowledge of inventory management and forecasting tools.
Experience with data visualization tools.
Strategic mindset with hands-on analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

Analyze and improve statistical forecasting to enhance demand planning accuracy.
Build and maintain accurate demand forecasts to support planning and inventory decisions.
Analyze performance trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
Lead monthly global and regional demand review meetings.
Provide training and support to regional planners.
Drive continuous improvement in forecasting tools and processes.
Set and manage global inventory targets and policies.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance supply chain performance.
