PepsiCo is seeking a data science professional to join a Barcelona-based team focused on developing and deploying advanced analytics across Consumer Insights, Revenue Management, and Supply Chain. You will build deployable ML models from discovery to implementation and partner with product managers, data engineers, and end-users to drive measurable business outcomes.

• 5+ years delivering production-grade analytic solutions.
• Fluent in Git version control.
• 5+ years' ETL and/or data wrangling techniques.
• 3+ years' experience in statistical/ML modeling (supervised/unsupervised).
• Experience with PySpark is a must.
• Deep Learning experience is a plus.
• Experience with NLP is a plus.
• Experience with reinforcement learning is a must.
• Experience with simulation and optimization problems is a must.
• Strong data storytelling and business communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead digital projects as a tech lead for analytics initiatives.
• Act as SME in multiple digital projects.
• Drive innovation through analytics and data-driven demonstrations.
• Collaborate with product managers to map DS requirements to roadmaps.
• Partner with data engineers to ensure accessible, clean data for modeling.
• Lead ML engineers to industrialize solutions.
• Document learnings and create reusable libraries.
