A leading payments technology company in Madrid is seeking a Head of Compensation and Benefits to design and manage compensation programs aligned with company goals. The ideal candidate will have a university degree, proven experience in global corporate environments, and strong analytical skills. Fluency in English is mandatory, with French being a plus. The role involves overseeing budgets, compliance with HR policies, and managing relationships with benefits providers.

Formación

  • Proven experience in defining and managing remuneration and benefits policies.
  • In-depth knowledge of local labor law and pay compliance policies.
  • Ability to adapt to business changes and challenges.

Responsabilidades

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and management of HRIS platforms.
  • Oversee salary increase and benefits budget management.
  • Lead implementation of variable compensation programs and salary reviews.

Conocimientos

Excellent communication skills in English

Ability to manage multiple tasks

Educación

University degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, or similar
Postgraduate qualification in Compensation & Benefits or International Human Resources
