ICON plc is a world-leading healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization. We are seeking a SMA II to support the management and monitoring of clinical trial sites, ensuring compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and GCP guidelines.

You will coordinate monitoring activities, assist in regulatory document preparation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive trial success. Travel approx.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, healthcare administration, or clinical research.
• Experience in clinical research, site management, or monitoring with knowledge of GCP.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate monitoring activities at clinical trial sites and ensure adherence to study protocols.
• Assist in preparation and review of regulatory documents with GCP alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support trial sites throughout the lifecycle.
• Track site performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports.
• Participate in training initiatives and mentor junior staff.
