The Clinical Cost Analyst at Bayer oversees planning and tracking of external clinical study costs across countries, advising local study teams on financial planning for clinical studies. She/He provides expert finance analysis to Resource Management at Bayer Pharma Clinical Operations.

This role requires strong Excel skills, English fluency, and experience in the pharmaceutical industry or CRO, with the ability to work across functions in an international setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Admin, Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences.
• 3 years’ experience in pharma industry or CRO.
• Advanced finance knowledge desirable.
• Knowledge of clinical development lifecycle / drug development process.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and track external clinical study costs across countries.
• Forecast clinical study costs with country study teams.
• Calculate and post monthly accruals for study costs.
• Provide deviation analyses of cost actuals to study teams.
• Maintain data quality of country cost forecasts.
• Be point of contact for country study teams on finances.
