GT Global Talent is seeking a Business Information Security Officer (BISO) to act as the primary cybersecurity representative for a business area within an international, multi-site, highly regulated operation. Reporting to the CISO, you will collaborate with IT, Operations, Compliance and Legal to embed cybersecurity into strategic projects.

You will manage risk, regulatory compliance and align cybersecurity strategy with business needs, contributing to a secure and resilient operation across

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in Cybersecurity Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Business Information Security, or similar roles.
• Experience in international, regulated environments (transportation, energy, infrastructure).
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIS2, and related regulations.
• English fluency; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary cybersecurity contact for the business area.
• Ensure risk management and regulatory compliance per global strategy.
• Lead governance, risk, and compliance initiatives across sites.
• Coordinate with IT, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and external providers.
• Participate in audits, reporting, and governance forums.
• Oversee third-party risk management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and strategic roadmaps.
