The role involves managing accounting functions for Spain and Italy, handling invoicing, and providing support to internal and external stakeholders. Ideal candidates are confident in MS Office, particularly Excel, and possess excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, with Italian as a plus. Formación

• Confident handling of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Italian language skills would be a great add-on.

Responsabilidades

• In charge of accounting for Spain and Italy entities.
• Manage Coupa including PO creation and distribution.
• Invoicing to Clients and managing payment reminders.
• Support MD for costs and revenues monthly reporting.
• Manage employee working hours and onboarding/offboarding.
