Job summary

AMFRESH Group is seeking a Finance Transformation & Accounting Policies Specialist to harmonise the group accounting framework across geographies. You will analyse policies, align local practices with IFRS, and contribute to the Group Accounting Policies Manual, while supporting audits and governance improvements.

This role offers exposure to global finance transformation and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• A Master's degree in Audit, Accounting or Finance is a plus.
• Experience in international environments with multicultural teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review the accounting policies across business units and geographies.
• Identify differences, inconsistencies and compliance risks.
• Lead the preparation of the Group Accounting Policies Manual and monitoring mechanisms.
• Provide technical support to local finance teams on accounting standards.
