Cactus Communications is seeking an Academic Publication Trainer and Consultant to deliver high-quality training to researchers, universities, and corporate clients through in-person workshops and online webinars.

You will adapt content to client needs, develop training outlines with the team, and provide on-site or remote guidance to improve manuscript language and presentation. Fluency in Spanish and experience publishing in international journals are essential.

Formación

• PhD in Physical Sciences.
• Excellent oral and written communication in Spanish(Native).
• Experience publishing research articles in international high-impact-factor journals.
• In-depth knowledge of processes and trends in the academic publishing industry.
• High level of ownership and ability to work with tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Delivering high-quality training.
• Preparing and customizing training content as per request.
• Understanding in adequate detail the author services Editage, CACTUS offers.
• Collaborate with the training team on designing the outline of training programs on the basis of client requirements, modifying training content and approach on the basis of feedback shared by Editage or the client.
• Occasionally reviewing research manuscripts written by workshop participants either before or during sessions and sharing personalized feedback and tips with participants on how to improve the language, flow, structure, and other aspects of content presentation.
