Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator I to join our Mechanic & Repairs team within Fleet. You will help keep our vehicles in top condition by coordinating repairs, tracking progress, and ensuring timely service.

This role supports the broader fleet operations and requires strong organization and communication across internal teams and external providers. Ideal candidates bring experience in maintenance coordination or fleet support, with a proactive approach to problem

Responsabilidades

Are you passionate about vehicle maintenance, operational efficiency, and supporting essential business functions? We are looking for a talented Maintenance Coordinator I to join our Mechanic & Repairs team within the broader Fleet function. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our vehicles remain in top condition, supporting the seamless operation of our network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the coordination of vehicle repairs within the operations network, ensuring all repairs are scheduled and completed in a timely manner.
• Track the progress of ongoing repairs and maintain accurate, up-to-date administrative records for each vehicle.
• Ensure compliance with defined service levels and **escalate repair issues or delays to senior team members** as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with mechanics, service providers, and internal teams to ensure clear understanding of repair needs and status updates.
• Assist with monitoring and reporting on fleet maintenance activities to help identify recurring issues or process improvements.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and compliant fleet by following company policies and industry best practices.

• Proficiency in record-keeping and administrative tasks.
• Strong time management and task prioritization abilities.
• Effective problem-solving and issue escalation skills.

• Basic understanding of fleet maintenance or repair procedures is a plus.
