Job summary

BD, a global medical technology leader, seeks a Técnico/a PRL to oversee Safety and Health programs at the plant in ESP Huesca - Fraga. You will collaborate with departments, implement risk analyses, and ensure compliance with corporate health and safety policies.

The role requires a Master in PRL (3 specialties), strong English, and proven experience in workplace risk prevention. You will participate in safety audits, training, and emergency drills, contributing to a safe, compliant workplace.

Qualifications

• Intermediate/advanced English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Supervise Safety and Health programs as part of the plant Management Systems.
• Collaborate with plant departments on health and safety activities.
• Coordinate with BD Corporate on health and safety policy implementation.
• Conduct risk analyses and implement procedures to prevent accidents.
• Select and manage safety materials and personal protective equipment.
• Participate in safety training for staff according to roles and risks.
• Perform periodic inspections to correct system deficiencies.
• Plan and execute emergency drills and evacuations.
• Manage workplace accidents for evaluation and corrective actions.
• Participate in plant Safety and Environment audits and committees.

Job Description

Como Técnico/a PRL serás responsable de supervisar los programas y procedimientos de Seguridad y Salud, que forman parte de los Sistemas de Gestión de Planta.

Responsabilidades del puesto

• Colaborar con los diferentes departamentos de la planta en el desarrollo de las actividades de Salud y Seguridad.
• Colaboración con BD Corporate para la implementación de la política de la Corporación en temas de Salud y Seguridad.
• Realizar análisis de riesgos, implementando los procedimientos y mejoras necesarias para el control y prevención de accidentes laborales.
• Selección y administración de los materiales de seguridad y de equipos de protección del personal.
• Análisis de posibles emergencias y prevención de daños a bienes y personas.
• Participar en tareas de formación del personal, según sus funciones y riesgos, en lo referente a Seguridad, Prevención e Higiene.
• Realizar inspecciones periódicas de las diferentes áreas para corregir deficiencias no detectadas del sistema.
• Participar en la programación y ejecución de simulacros de emergencias y evacuación.
• Gestión de los accidentes laborales para su evaluación y establecimiento de acciones correctoras oportunas.
• Participación en las auditorias de Seguridad y Medio Ambiente de la planta.
• Participación en el Comité de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente de la Planta.
• Participar en la gestión de empresas subcontratadas que realizan sus actividades dentro de la planta.

Requisitos

• Máster en PRL (3 especialidades)
• Nivel medio/avanzado de inglés hablado y escrito
• Experiencia en área de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales

Rango salarial de puesto: EUR 30,000 - EUR 35,000
