Flourish in Madrid is seeking a hungry, multilingual SDR to join our technology sales team. You will identify German-speaking decision makers, initiate conversations via phone, email, and LinkedIn, and qualify opportunities for Account Executives.

From day one you’ll receive structured sales training, work with Marketing and Sales to build pipeline, and develop consultative sales skills in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Formación

• Fluent German and strong English communication required.

Responsabilidades

• Research companies and identify decision makers across German-speaking markets.
• Use phone, email and LinkedIn to start meaningful business conversations.
• Qualify opportunities and book meetings for Account Executives.
• Understand business challenges and introduce relevant solutions.
• Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to create pipeline growth.
• Develop consultative sales skills and commercial awareness.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity updates.
