Formación

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar customer-facing or service-oriented role.

Responsabilidades

  • Act as the interface between customers and chauffeurs.
  • Ensure high-quality standards are met and every customer is safely transported.
  • Monitor driver punctuality and organize alternatives if necessary.
  • Assign drivers to each booked transfer.
  • Coordinate pickups between drivers and customers at various locations.
  • Take care of every customer regardless of their status.

At SIXT, we’re looking for a Support Agent for SIXT ride- the Premium Chauffeur Service - with fluent German and English skills, experience in customer service, and a proactive attitude. YOUR ROLE

  • Together with the support team, act as the interface between customers and chauffeurs
  • Ensure high-quality standards are met and that every customer is safely transported from point A to B
  • Monitor driver punctuality worldwide using our custom-developed tools and organize alternatives if necessary
  • Make sure each booked transfer is assigned to the appropriate driver
  • Ensure that drivers and customers find each other – whether at a major airport, hotel, trade fair, company, or private residence – even when things get chaotic
  • Take care of every customer – celebrity or not

YOUR SKILLS

  • Fluency in both German and English, with excellent communication skills
  • Passion for customer service and a genuine interest in supporting and assisting clients
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar customer-facing or service-oriented role
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools and confidence in working with digital systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with availability for rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences
