In this customer service role, you will provide support during breakdown situations and coordinate necessary services. Formación

SIXT is hiring German-speaking Roadside Assistance Agents to support our customers across Germany remotely from anywhere in Spain.

Bring your German and / or English skills a proactive mindset and a passion for helping people. As the first point of contact in breakdown situations youll provide fast reliable support by phone and email working closely with our Rostock team.

YOUR ROLE
  • Receive damage and breakdown reports from customers via phone.
  • Independently coordinate necessary measures (e.g. towing services).
  • Organize replacement vehicles.
  • Forward breakdown cases to the manufacturer within the mobility program.
  • Assist customers with questions related to breakdowns and mobility services.
YOUR SKILLS
  • Language skills with fluency in both German and English and excellent communication.
  • Customer service with a strong passion for supporting clients and providing solutions.
  • Experience with at least 1 year in a customer-facing or service-oriented role.
  • Technical proficiency with familiarity in MS Office and ease using digital systems.
  • Remote work adaptability with availability for rotating shifts Monday to Sunday.
  • Proactivity with a solution-oriented approach focused on delivering the best customer experience.
