A market-leading digital marketing agency in Barcelona seeks a German-speaking Account Strategist to shape digital strategies for clients. You will manage a portfolio of Benelux clients, develop impactful Google Ads campaigns, and strengthen customer relationships. A degree in Marketing or Communications and 2+ years of client-facing experience are required. This full-time hybrid role offers a salary between €24,000 to €30,000 gross/year with a bonus, along with relocation support and private health insurance.

Step into a role where you’ll shape digital strategies for some of the most promising companies Europe. As a German-speaking Account Strategist, you’ll combine your marketing expertise and client management skills to design impactful Google Ads campaigns, strengthen customer relationships, and uncover new growth opportunities in a dynamic, tech-driven market.

What you’ll do:
  • Onboard and manage a portfolio of Benelux clients, building strong relationships and driving product adoption.
  • Develop strategic, results‑driven PPC campaigns to maximize ROI and long‑term performance.
  • Upsell and optimize client campaigns, increasing spend and engagement.
  • Analyze market trends, customer objectives, and competitor activity to adapt strategies.
  • Handle outbound calls daily, identify client needs, and provide tailored marketing solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR).
What we’re looking for:
  • German C2 + English B2‑C1
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years’ experience in sales, marketing, or account management, ideally with client‑facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of the European market and cultural nuances.
  • Skilled in CRM tools, data analysis, and digital marketing platforms (Google Ads experience preferred).
  • Proactive, target‑driven, and confident in delivering presentations and building relationships.
