Formación

About the Role

Cross Border Talents is recruiting a German-speaking Onboarding Account Manager for a global digital advertising leader in Barcelona.
In this role, you will guide new advertisers during their onboarding phase and ensure they achieve successful early results on the platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping small and medium businesses grow through optimized online advertising strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide new advertisers through onboarding, account setup, and platform navigation.
  • Provide consultative advice to maximize campaign performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify growth opportunities and recommend solutions to improve ROI.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across the German market.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales and marketing teams.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery within SLAs and KPIs.
What Were Looking For
  • German: C2 (mandatory)
  • English: C1
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, account management, client onboarding, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organization, adaptability, and customer-centric mindset.
  • Motivation to relocate to Barcelona (relocation support provided).
