Hiring İnternational in Barcelona is seeking a German-speaking Sales Onboarding Account Manager to join our dynamic international team. You will onboard new business clients, act as trusted advisor, and guide them through onboarding while maximizing value of digital advertising solutions.

The role requires native German (C1/C2) and English (B2+), strong communication, relationship-building, and a customer-focused mindset. Hybrid work with a modern Barcelona office.

Formación

• Native or fluent German (C1/C2).
• Good level of English (B2 or higher).
• Experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or Digital Marketing is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and onboard a portfolio of new business clients.
• Build strong relationships with customers in the German market.
• Conduct consultative outbound sales activities.
• Understand clients' business objectives and recommend tailored digital advertising solutions.
• Guide customers through the onboarding journey and ensure a seamless experience.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor account performance and provide optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and customer documentation.
