Euro London is seeking a German-speaking Luxury Travel Consultant to join its Bilbao team. You will advise premium clients by phone and email in German and English, craft bespoke itineraries, and secure bookings with airlines and hotels for luxury journeys.

The role requires strong German/English, GDS proficiency, and a passion for luxury travel. Hybrid work is available for nearby commuters and remote options may apply for others.

Formación

• German and English at C2 level, written and spoken.
• French or Italian is an advantage.
• University degree in tourism or equivalent qualification.
• Several years' travel industry experience with a tour operator or agency.
• Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus) and destinations.
• Passion for travel and luxury lifestyle; gastronomy, events, culture.
• Service-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work full-time with a 80%+ workload and a 5-day week.

Responsabilidades

• Advise premium customers by telephone and email in German and English.
• Handle inquiries from quotes to invoicing for trips.
• Make bookings with airlines, hotels and travel agencies.
• Prepare bespoke quotes and itineraries.
• Advise on and arrange luxury travel experiences; promote offers.
