The role requires 3-4 years of experience in controlling, proficiency in Business English, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics or similar. Responsibilities include financial oversight, workforce data analytics, and consulting on resource allocation. Formación

  • 3–4 years of controlling experience, with finance auditor experience being valuable.
  • Experience in developing strategic concepts for personnel controlling.
  • Ability to act as a key user for processes regarding personnel costs.

Responsabilidades

  • Monitor and control HR-related costs, analyze varainces.
  • Build HR metrics culture and provide compensation reports.
  • Responsible for HR Master Data and personnel planning.

Educación
