Ignite seeks a German-speaking Google Ads onboarding Account Manager to guide enterprise clients through onboarding, onboarding optimization, and growth strategy. You will work in a fast-paced tech environment and liaise with decision-makers to align performance marketing with business goals.

Responsibilities include end-to-end onboarding, regular high-volume consultations, and crafting long-term digital strategies while maintaining CRM records and analytics-driven updates.

Formación

• Fluent German (C1/C2) and professional English proficiency.
• Experience managing enterprise client relationships independently.
• Proven ability to conduct high-volume, phone-first outreach.
• Experience using AI tools in marketing workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; persuasive presentation.
• Knowledge of German market etiquette and decision processes.
• Ability to integrate paid search into overall marketing.
• Understanding GDPR data protection standards for campaigns.
• Data-driven, proactive problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Own onboarding for new accounts from design to launch.
• Conduct regular phone consultations to educate clients.
• Develop custom long-term digital marketing strategies.
• Maintain CRM records and communication histories.
• Review analytics and deliver optimization updates.
• Guide campaigns to connect search with marketing ecosystem, landing pages, audiences, testing.
