We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented German-speaking Google Ads Account Manager to join our hybrid team in Barcelona. In this role, you will combine your digital marketing expertise with strong client management skills to deliver high-impact PPC campaigns that help clients achieve their business goals.
You will act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of new clients, guiding them through campaign setup, strategy, and optimization to ensure measurable results. While prior experience in sales or marketing is advantageous, motivated candidates eager to grow in digital advertising are also encouraged to apply.
This is a hybrid role, with two days in the office and three days working remotely from Barcelona.
As a Google Ads Account Manager, your main responsibility will be managing client accounts and driving the success of their PPC campaigns. You will work closely with clients to understand their objectives, recommend tailored strategies, and oversee campaign performance. Your role combines client relationship management, campaign strategy, and business growth initiatives.
Onboard and develop strong relationships with a portfolio of new clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their digital marketing needs.
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve client objectives.
Conduct outbound calls to promote services, generate leads, and identify new business opportunities.
Understand client goals and challenges, providing tailored solutions and strategic recommendations.
Design results-oriented campaigns that deliver immediate impact while ensuring long-term sustainability.
Drive account growth through upselling and increasing campaign budgets.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date client database.
Manage a high volume of client interactions daily, maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and client satisfaction.
Fluent German (C2/native level)
Proficient English (B2 minimum) for internal communication and reporting
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or digital advertising is a strong advantage
Strong understanding of Google Ads, PPC, and digital marketing best practices
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously
