Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a German-speaking Content Moderator to review and monitor user-generated content in line with platform policies. You will help maintain a safe and compliant online space for users worldwide from our hybrid Barcelona office or Athens.

The role offers a fixed schedule with morning or afternoon shifts and a 38.5 hour work week. Fluency in German (C2) and strong English are essential.

Qualifications

• C2 level in German and strong English communication.
• Experience in content moderation or customer service is a plus.
• Interest in social media and digital communities.
• Willingness to work on a rotational schedule.

Responsibilities

• Review user-generated content to verify alignment with platform guidelines.
• Detect, assess, and manage inappropriate or harmful materials.
• Collaborate with moderation and policy teams to strengthen platform integrity.
• Contribute to improvement of moderation strategies and safety protocols.
• Document and escalate edge cases as necessary.
