Formación

• At least 1 year experience in an office role.
• Experience in SAP-Finance and MS Office are desirable.
• Fluent communication in German and very good English is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Assure that A/R monitoring and cash collection activities are performed properly.
• Ensure effective dispute management and timely communication of resolutions.
• Keep accurate records and report on collection activity.
• Support customer correspondence and report on status of accounts.
• Perform account reconciliations timely and accurately.
• Coordinate with cash allocation team for accurate matching of customer payments.
