T-Systems Iberia is seeking a Technical Training Expert with German to design and deliver trainings for T Cloud Public. You will translate complex cloud architectures into actionable learning, develop materials, and run workshops for customers, partners, and internal teams.

The role combines technical depth with customer enablement and collaboration with Product Management and Engineering. Hybrid work available.

Formación

• Completed studies in computer science, engineering or comparable professional training.
• 3–5 years of professional IT experience, ideally in cloud, training, consulting or architecture.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies and architectures (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Deep knowledge of T Cloud Public or comparable cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Ability to explain complex technical topics to different audiences (beginner to architect).
• Experience in designing and delivering technical trainings, workshops or enablement formats.
• Strong presentation and moderation skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and fluency in German (Must).

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver technical trainings, workshops and enablement sessions for customers, partners and internal teams.
• Explain complex cloud architectures, concepts and T Cloud Public services clearly.
• Develop and maintain training materials, hands-on labs and certification content.
• Enable customers and partners to design and implement architectures based on T Cloud Public.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Presales and Engineering to keep content up to date.
• Support onboarding and continuous learning journeys for developers, architects and decision makers.
