Job summary

EY GDS Spain is seeking a Cyber Security SOC Manager (German Speaker) to design and deploy cloud security monitoring using MS Sentinel/Defender XDR. You will lead incident response, develop use cases, and advise clients on best practices in Azure security across multiple clouds.

The role demands strong English communication, German language skills (C1+), and experience in security monitoring, threat modelling, and migration from legacy SIEMs. Hybrid work model in Spain is offered.

Qualifications

• B. Tech./ B.E. with sound technical skills.
• Strong command on verbal and written English language.
• Certification in Azure (any other cloud vendor certification is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Architecting and implementation of cloud security monitoring platforms MS Sentinel/Defender XDR.
• Research, develop and implement use cases in Sentinel/Defender XDR within the solution studio environment and managing the solution studio.
• Provide consulting to customers during testing, evaluation, pilot, production, and training phases to ensure a successful deployment.
• Perform as the subject matter expert on Cloud Security solutions for the customer, use the capabilities of the solution in the daily operational work for the end customer.
