Spaulding Ridge, a global advisory and IT implementation firm, seeks a German-speaking Anaplan Analyst to join our Anaplan Delivery team in Madrid. You will support international clients by solving problems and delivering innovative Anaplan solutions.

In this role you will collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to design models, build mock proofs of concept, and translate business needs into actionable insights while expanding your finance, analytics, and planning toolset.

Formación

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, or MIS.
• 1–2 years finance/FP&A, supply chain, or sales ops experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills including macros and large data modeling.
• Proficient with MS Office; knowledge of MD data architecture.
• Anaplan experience and certifications preferred but not required.
• Experience with business planning tools preferred.
• Fluency in German and English is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with team members to design and implement technology that aligns with client business objectives.
• Build mock Proof of Concepts within Anaplan for potential clients.
• Identify issues and structural problems and generate actionable recommendations using Anaplan implementation methodologies.
• Understand client business needs, goals, and objectives.
