Overview

Position: Account Manager Executive

Location: remote within Spain

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + performance bonus.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
  • Focus on small and medium-sized business (SMB) sales through primarily outbound activities.
  • Develop, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage, monitor, and report on sales activities in alignment with business goals and sales plans.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to relevant teams to ensure prompt follow-up and resolution.
  • Prepare and deliver commercial and technical proposals that meet both client needs and internal standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the companys CRM system, ensuring proper documentation of all sales activities.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Intermediate or fluent verbal and written in German (C1). As well as, strong proficiency in English (at least B2).
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in an outbound or business development environment.
  • Strong achievement orientation with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Experience in sales pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Previous experience working with channel partners or in a channel sales environment.
