Description

You will build strong client relationships, drive campaign performance, minimize churn, and identify opportunities for growth and advocacy.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor while onboarding a portfolio of new clients and developing high performing PPC campaigns.
- Make outbound calls to promote and sell digital marketing services.
- Understand customer objectives and propose tailored solutions.
- Set up strategic, results driven campaigns designed for both short-term impact and sustainable long-term performance.
- Increase advertising spend and identify upsell opportunities.
- Create, maintain, and update customer data with complete and accurate information.
- Manage a high volume of potential clients daily via phone.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
- Native level (C2) German and strong English proficiency.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in client facing, high stakes environments.
- Ability to work independently and deliver impactful results consistently.
- Strong experience in managing customer relationships and optimizing CRM processes.
- Comfortable integrating AI tools into daily workflows and leveraging insights for personalized outreach.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts persuasively.
