🎯 Who You Are

• You’re fluent in German (C2) and comfortable communicating in English (B2+).
• You’ve got a BA/BS degree (a Master’s in Marketing or Communications is a bonus).
• You bring at least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or account management — ideally in fast-paced environments.
• You’re independent, goal-driven, and not afraid to think outside the box.
• You’re great with clients — building trust, explaining ideas clearly, and solving problems with ease.
• You enjoy using AI tools and data insights to personalize your outreach.
• You’re curious about market trends, competitors, and customer needs — and know how to turn that knowledge into action.
