A digital marketing agency in Barcelona is seeking German-speaking talent for a full-time, hybrid role focused on Digital Marketing Ads. The successful candidate will onboard clients, develop PPC strategies, and enhance client relationships. With a BA/BS degree and strong communication skills, you will help drive product adoption in the German market. Responsibilities
  • Onboard new clients and build strong customer relationships.
  • Develop and optimize high‑performing PPC campaigns.
  • Make outbound calls to promote services and identify client needs.
  • Increase campaign spend through upselling and strategic guidance.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and manage a high volume of daily calls.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • C2 German + strong English.
  • 2+ years in sales or marketing, ideally client‑facing.
  • Independent, results‑driven, with strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Experience with CRM, customer relationship management, and AI tools.
  • Solid understanding of the German market, business culture, and GDPR considerations.
