A global engineering company located in Madrid is seeking a Legal Counsel to manage German-speaking markets. Responsibilities include reviewing contracts, collaborating on negotiations, and ensuring compliance throughout project milestones. The ideal candidate will have a Law degree, excellent German language skills, and at least one year of experience in a similar role. A willingness to travel is also required. Formación

• Graduate in Law with a Master's Degree required.
• Fluent in German (both written and spoken) essential.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar legal role preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review contracts and generate 'Exception List' before tenders.
• Collaborate in final negotiations of contracts.
• Draft claims and order change requests alongside Project Managers.
