What Were Looking For

• German C2 level & high level of English (both spoken and written).
• BA/BS degree or equivalent; MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus.
• 12 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for phone pitching and proposal writing.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Sharp analytical mindset and problem‑solving ability.
• A true team player who thrives in a fast‑moving, dynamic environment.
• High motivation to exceed individual and team targets.

What We Offer

• Full‑time position: 39 hours/week (Monday to Friday).
• Salary: €23,876 gross/year + up to €3,408 gross/year in performance bonuses.
