Job summary

Laragon busca un/a Project Manager para liderar la ejecución de soluciones de software empresarial en un entorno dinámico. Se requieren 2–3 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos y certificación PMP.

Se valoran habilidades de comunicación en español e inglés, con francés adicional. Responsabilidades: dirigir carteras de proyectos, supervisar implementación, gestionar alcance y presupuesto, y asegurar entregables de calidad.

Qualifications

• 2/3 years of Project Management experience implementing enterprise software solutions.
• PMP certification is required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English; French valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage project portfolios by establishing direction and aligning people and resources.
• Manage day-to-day implementation of enterprise software solutions, delivering on time and on budget.
• Operational management of the project (functional, technical, planning and organizational aspects).
• Build strong relationships with clients and focus on satisfaction.
• Ensure proper project management processes are in use throughout the project lifecycle.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure high-quality project deliverables (including internal validation and testing).

Proyect Manager

Candidata/o ideal 2/3 years of Project Management experience implementing enterprise software solutions PMP certification is required A proven track record for project portfolio planning, execution, control and closure Experience managing medium-large projects in a fast paced environment Excellent written/oral communication skills, particularly in client-facing situations Detail-oriented, self-motivated and highly organized with solid problem-solving skills Proven strong ability to build lasting relationships with clients/partners Ability to efficiently work with remote / distributed teams A background in software development is a plus Four year degree is preferred Languages: Bilingual Spanish/English, French also valued.
