An international consulting firm in Madrid is looking for a Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and facilitate communication across teams. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience managing projects, particularly in cybersecurity, and is fluent in Spanish, English, and Russian. This role offers the opportunity to bridge technical teams with business stakeholders in a dynamic environment and contribute to best practices in project management.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or in a PMO environment.
• Professional background in cybersecurity projects is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Technical understanding in IT or cybersecurity.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, particularly in technology or cybersecurity domains, and will excel at bridging technical teams and business stakeholders.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or in a PMO environment.
• Professional background in cybersecurity projects is a strong advantage (understanding of threats, compliance, risk assessments, audits, or penetration testing).
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with experience in project tracking, documentation, and delivery management.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence, etc.).
• Proven experience in facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent Spanish – working language in the local environment.
• Fluent English – required for international collaboration.
• Fluent Russian – mandatory for communication with Russian-speaking teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and ability to work autonomously while maintaining team alignment.
• Technical understanding (no hard coding skills required, but ability to grasp technical topics in IT or cybersecurity).

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Take ownership of day-to-day operational activities and project follow-up across international teams.

• Facilitate communication across departments to ensure strategic and operational alignment.
• Support project planning, tracking, reporting, and delivery coordination.
• Contribute to PMO-like activities, including status reporting, meeting facilitation, and action item tracking.
• Help implement efficient project governance and best practices across teams.
• Stay current with industry trends in project management, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
