You will translate creative briefs into raw assets by crafting effective prompts, iterating on outputs, and delivering production ready footage for YouTube ads, working closely with strategists and editors to scale results.

Role Overview

We are hiring an AI Video Producer who specializes in generating high quality video content using AI tools such as VEO3, Kling, Heygen, and similar platforms.

You will be responsible for translating creative briefs into raw video assets by crafting effective prompts, iterating on outputs, and delivering production ready footage for our YouTube ad campaigns.

This role requires strong prompting skills, creative intuition, and the ability to consistently produce high quality outputs at scale.

You will work closely with creative strategists, editors, and AI workflows to bring ad concepts to life efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Craft high quality prompts for VEO3, Kling, Heygen, and similar AI video tools to generate compelling video clips.

Produce raw video footage that aligns with creative briefs and direct response messaging.

Iterate on AI generated outputs to refine quality, consistency, and performance.

Translate written scripts and concepts into visual scenes using AI tools.

Collaborate with creative strategists and editors to ensure alignment on direction and deliverables.

Stay up to date with the latest AI video tools, prompting techniques, and workflows.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining speed and quality.

Optimize workflows to increase output efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications and Requirements

Experience using AI video tools such as VEO, Kling, Heygen, Runway, or similar.

Strong prompting ability with a clear understanding of how to control output quality and style.

Good visual sense and understanding of storytelling, pacing, and scene composition.

Ability to follow creative briefs and translate them into accurate visual outputs.

Experience working in a fast paced, performance driven environment.

Highly self directed with strong attention to detail.

Comfortable working with iterative workflows and rapid testing cycles.

Basic understanding of direct response marketing is a strong advantage.
